Todd Christensen sets World Record wearing Springbak Springsoles

By

toddchristensen1Todd Christensen – Oakland Raider, 5 time Pro-bowl tight end and current masters track athlete set a new world record in the 60 meter high hurdles wearing Springbak Springsoles.

“As a tight end at 235 pounds I was far from the fastest player in the NFL and even farther from a track sprinter or professional soccer player of my era. This 2009 season while competing in a masters track meet, I set the world record in the 60 meter high hurdles (8.39 seconds) for my 50+ age group. I set that record with Springbak Springsoles in my spikes.”

“In June of this year while at Gold’s Gym, I did a strength test with and without Springbak Springsoles. I pulled off a heavy enough dumbbell I could only do one repetition while doing a one arm overhead press. I rested three minutes, pulled off the same weight and did five repetitions while using the Springbak Springsoles. Please draw your own conclusions!”   Todd Christensen

Wow, 8.39 seconds is pretty quick at any age for the 60 meter highs. Looks like Todd is still the athlete, I remember him at BYU, OK I am dating myself here, but I compete in the Masters track and field events as well. How is it possible they increase your strength?

Nice post. It must be the Springsoles helping him from what he said about the workout.

Saw this post, Todd is still quite the athlete even well into his 50′s. Good to see there are old timers still out there breaking records. I have to question the strength issue as well, how does this product increase strength? Interesting!!!!!

Ok, since there are several of you with the strength increase question I will answer it here for you.
Springbak Inc. had received a 4th patent from the US Patents Office for Strength, Balance and Stability. This is a manufacturing process unique to Springsoles. The patent was issued because we have created a feature in our Springsoles that increases anyone’s body strength, balance and stability upon using our product.

How is this possible?
* Springsoles immediatly increase the speed of electrical current in the body(about 12%). This has been determined by an independent lab using a frequency monitor.
* Electrical current travels through the body in vertical pathways that travel through the brain.
* Since all muscle contractions are activated by electrical stimulation from the brain, the brain then has approximately 12% more current to send to the muscles when the athlete is wearing Springsoles.
* This extra electrical current then makes all muscle contractions more powerful. These contractions or muscle action include such activities running, jumping, throwing, hitting a baseball, swinging a golf club ot tennis racquet, weight lifting, pull-ups or push-ups, ect.
* The extra electrical current goes through the body including the legs and torso. This in turn improves balance and stability. So much so, that you will be much harder to to push off a spot once you are anchored in your stance.

This is very cool- Todd Christiansen still runs faster than I could imagine @ that age. These insoles must be part of the reason for the time.
